The regional centers, including the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, will be upgrading their alumni portals in the coming months. This new portal is such an improvement that instead of calling it APCSSLink 2.0 it’s a whole new name – GlobalNET.
The new portal will feature customizable home pages, better navigation menus and a host of new features including online chat capabilities. Managed by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, GlobalNET is a secure, trusted, and collaborative platform joining defense and security experts across the globe It will be offering a much more robust experience and foster collaboration throughout our APCSS community and the greater GlobalNET community.
