Today I was pleased and proud to preside over the frocking of Logistics Specialist (LS) 1st Class Copernick Louis.

I’m very proud of our enlisted personnel here at the Center. They spend many hours providing exceptional support for our courses and workshops. These highly dedicated professionals are a great example of the best that our military personnel have to offer.
