Dr. Byrd briefs members of Japan’s Upper House

DKI APCSS’ Dr. Miemie Winn Byrd recently briefed the Members of Japan’s Upper House on the current situation in Myanmar.  The meeting was convened and hosted by MP Mr. Masaharu Nakagawa, the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee to Support Myanmar Democracy; Chair of the General Meeting of Democratic Party Diet Members; a former Minister of Finance; and Minister of Education, Culture, Sport, Science & Technology.  The meeting was held at the Diet on Dec. 9, 2023. Indonesian Women Leadership Program in Cybersecurity

Intan Rahayu Director, Indonesia National Cyber and Crypto Agency CSC 22-2 Your Content Goes Here Project timeline: 5/25/2022 - 10/31/2022 Mrs. Intan Rahayu proposed a project to expand the role and increase involvement of Indonesian women in cybersecurity. Observing the necessity to diversify perspectives within this evolving field, Mrs. Rahayu organized a mentoring program that brought together women from various professions to deepen their understanding of leadership in cybersecurity. Her successful project yielded a 2-month program with 36 participants graduating from the course.

Senior Leaders Gain a New View of the Region at TSC 23-2
