Associate Professor Elina Noor has a new article entitled “ASEAN Takes a Bold Cybersecurity Step” published this week by The Diplomat. In her article Noor states that the “regional grouping looks to produce meaningful deliverables for its upcoming summit in November, it will be challenged by parallel developments in a domain that is continually being stress-tested in many ways.” “The challenges for ASEAN in maintaining the current momentum are structural and substantive” according to Noor.
