Dr. Srini Sitaraman joined the Daniel K. Inouye Center for Asia Pacific Studies (DKI APCSS) as a Professor in December 2019. His focus at the DKIAPCSS is on the Indo-Pacific Security with a particular focus on South Asia, Regional Conflict, and India-China Relations. He is also interested in New Technologies & International Security, Internet and Digital Diplomacy, Nonproliferation, and the United Nations and International Law. Michael S. Bucher

Lieutenant Colonel Mike Bucher joined the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in 2020 as a military faculty member. He is a U.S. Air Force Foreign Area Officer with extensive experience in the Indo-Pacific Region in the diplomatic corps and security cooperation enterprise. Lt. Col. Bucher was commissioned in 1995 and first served as an aircraft maintenance officer when he added the F-16 to his portfolio of previous work on T-38, F-15 and FB-111A aircraft. Anthony Brown

Major Anthony Brown joined the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in June, 2018.  Major Brown is the Regional Engagement Operations Officer, Regional Engagement Operations Department at DKI APCSS, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Honolulu, Hawaii.  He is responsible for the planning, development and execution of logistical requirements for senior leader engagements with 45 Indo-pacific nations to include workshops, dialogues and visits. Jeremy “JB” Brown

Major Jeremy “JB” Brown is a native of Newnan, GA and currently serves as an Army Fellow at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.  He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant of the Field Artillery in December, 2004 after graduating from the University of North Georgia. When CSRT 18-1 alumna Yetunde Olobayo walked out the doors of DKI APCSS Aug. 8, 2018 after her course graduation, she probably thought it would be for the last time. However, her diligence and hard work paid off when she was invited back June 24 to demonstrate and explain her successful Fellow’s Project to 108 eager Comprehensive Security Responses to Terrorism Course 19-1 Fellows in the Center’s auditorium. Lieutenant Commander Ben Crowell joined the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies as a Military Fellow in May of 2019. His area of focus at DKI APCSS is strategic policy for maritime security and security cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region for the United States Coast Guard.
