Lieutenant Commander Wilkins came to the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in July 2020 from Tokyo, Japan. A native of Long Island, New York, he earned his commission from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 2004. Nathan R. Hofferman

Maj. Nathan R. Hofferman came to the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in August 2020 following his tour as the Executive Officer to the Deputy Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Maj. Hofferman entered the Air Force in September 1995 as an enlisted Tactical Air Control Party apprentice. He attended TACP technical training in Hurlburt Field, Fla. and graduated in March 1996. L. Reyn Mann

Lieutenant Colonel Reyn Mann joined the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in July 2020. In May 2000, LTC Mann was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Engineer branch upon graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Her first assignments were Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Battalion Construction Officer, and Detachment Commander in the 84th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy) at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Michael D. Smith

Major Michael D. Smith came to the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in June 2020 following his Operations Officer tour with Air Force Special Operations Command’s 321st Special Tactics Squadron (STS). Maj Tin T. Nguyen, U.S. Air Force Foreign Affair Officer (FAO), joined the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in July 2020 as a military faculty member. Dr. Srini Sitaraman joined the Daniel K. Inouye Center for Asia Pacific Studies (DKI APCSS) as a Professor in December 2019. Lieutenant Colonel Mike Bucher joined the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) in 2020 as a military faculty member. He is a U.S. Air Force Foreign Area Officer with extensive experience in the Indo-Pacific Region in the diplomatic corps and security cooperation enterprise. Lt. Col. Major Anthony Brown joined the Daniel K. When CSRT 18-1 alumna Yetunde Olobayo walked out the doors of DKI APCSS Aug. 8, 2018 after her course graduation, she probably thought it would be for the last time. However, her diligence and hard work paid off when she was invited back June 24 to demonstrate and explain her successful Fellow’s Project to 108 eager Comprehensive Security Responses to Terrorism Course 19-1 Fellows in the Center’s auditorium.
