Diversity of thought, experience highlight TSC 19-1

Thirty-one senior leaders from 25 locations completed the Transnational Security Cooperation course (TSC) 19-1 from May 19-24 at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS). The course manager was Dr. Scott Hauger and the course coordinator was Maj. Alex Botardo.
