Dr. Alexander Vuving has two new articles published by “The National Interest.”

In his article “Cops, Robbers and the South China Sea’s New Normal,” Vuving tries to explain the South China Sea issue using a fable that a friend can understand.   This two-part story is about the strategic situation, key dilemmas, and best solutions for the South China Sea.  He concludes the fable in a second article, “Cops and Robbers (Again): Solving the South China Sea Dilemma.”
